What Viral Ops actually does, end to end.

Discovery & opportunity ranking

Viral Ops surfaces content opportunities from authorized source material and ranks them so an operator can see what is worth producing next. Ranking is a preference signal, not a publishing decision — it never bypasses a rights, claims or quality-control check.

Media intelligence

Authorized source media is analyzed for audio, visual and comment/text signal — for example silence, scene and speech structure — to understand what a piece of source content actually contains before anything is produced from it.

Clip candidate ranking

Within a piece of authorized source material, Viral Ops identifies candidate segments for a short-form clip and ranks them by how promising they look, so an operator (or, where enabled, the system itself) can choose which one to take forward.

Editing, variants & captions

Selected candidates are turned into short-form variants, including caption generation and platform-appropriate formatting, ready for review.

Rights, claims & clearance

Before anything is queued for publishing, source material and the resulting clip go through a rights and claims clearance step. Material with unresolved or refused rights is not eligible for production or publishing, regardless of how highly it otherwise ranks.

Quality control

Rendered output is checked against quality and publishing-readiness criteria — for example audio, framing and technical playback checks — before it can be queued for a connected platform.

Platform publishing workflows

Each connected, authorized account has its own independent publishing workflow, driven through that platform's official API. One platform succeeding or failing does not silently affect another connected platform's workflow, and every workflow stops at whatever that platform's own current permissions and capabilities allow.

Analytics & learning

Where a platform's own analytics or reporting API makes performance data available for a connected, authorized account, Viral Ops can read it to show how published content performed, and — where enough data exists — use it to inform future ranking.

Revenue / economic attribution

Where an operator records revenue or cost information (for example from a monetization or sponsorship arrangement) against a connected account, Viral Ops can attribute it and use it, alongside performance data, as an additional ranking signal. Viral Ops does not itself collect payments, and does not claim any native platform monetization integration.

Autonomous operations & portfolio decisions

An operator can allow Viral Ops to rank and prioritize eligible work automatically across connected accounts, rather than reviewing every decision by hand. Autonomy determines which eligible work is preferred. It does not grant permission to publish — every automated decision still passes through the same rights, claims, quality-control and platform-permission checks as work started by hand, and an operator can review, pause or reverse automated decisions at any time.
